Order Processing Time Frames
Glossé Hair Co's first priority is getting quality hair to our customers as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from purchase. Processing times may be extended through peak periods such as holidays or sale events.

Shipping 
At Glossé Hair Co we offer free shipping as a courtesy to our customers. Shipping will be completed via FedEx or DHL. All orders will be shipped to the billing address attached to the payment method, no exceptions can be made to this rule. Glossé Hair Co does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Returns
Glossé Hair Co does not except returns. If there is a problem with your order such as damages or defects please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to get this resolved. Photos may be requested from the customer to determine the damages or defects.
